Wybot S3 Pool Cleaner Unveiled: A Month of Hands-Free Pool Care
At CES 2025, Wybot introduced the Wybot S3, a robotic pool cleaner designed to revolutionize pool maintenance. Promising an impressive month of fully autonomous operation, the S3 eliminates the hassle of frequent manual intervention.
The S3’s advanced 3D mapping technology scans your pool during its initial cleaning, creating a detailed underwater map for precise navigation. This enables the robot to clean up to 3,229 square feet (300 square meters), including the floor, walls, and waterline, using the most efficient paths. Its standout feature is the docking system, which includes a 10-liter debris bin and solar-powered charging station. When docked, the S3 automatically empties its debris basket and recharges its battery, ensuring it’s always ready for the next session.
Equipped with dual brushes, ultrasonic sensors, and multi-level filtration, the S3 achieves a flow rate of 3,698 gallons per hour while tackling dirt and debris. Its 7,800mAh battery supports up to three hours of continuous cleaning per charge, with recharging taking just 3.5 hours. Solar panels add an extra layer of convenience, supplementing the power supply to maintain uninterrupted functionality. With internal filtration and self-sanitization in the docking system, the S3 not only cleans but also enhances water quality.
The Wybot S3 offers eight cleaning modes, giving users flexibility for different pool conditions. Through the Wybot app, homeowners can set weekly schedules, track real-time progress, and initiate remote cleaning via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Additionally, a built-in camera provides enhanced monitoring for peace of mind.
Compact and sleek at 15.7 x 15.4 x 10 inches, the Wybot S3 combines advanced features with a user-friendly design. Scheduled to ship in the second quarter of 2025, the S3 will retail for $2,999, offering a premium solution for effortless pool care.
