Asus took the stage at CES 2026 to unveil a wide range of new laptops spanning its ZenBook, ProArt, and ExpertBook families, signaling a strong push across both consumer and professional segments. A common thread across the lineup is the company’s Lumina OLED display technology, which offers at least a 120Hz refresh rate, Pantone-validated color accuracy, and brightness levels reaching up to 600 nits for improved clarity and vibrancy.
Beyond incremental upgrades, Asus also introduced some unexpected additions, ranging from a larger thin-and-light notebook to a rugged, creator-focused GoPro Edition device. These announcements highlight Asus’ intent to cater to diverse use cases, from mobile productivity to content creation in demanding environments.
One of the most notable reveals is the ZenBook A16, a new sibling to last year’s ZenBook A14, which was praised for its ultra-light design and impressive battery life. The ZenBook A16 expands on that formula with a larger 16-inch OLED display, offering a 3K resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, while still maintaining a lightweight and portable design.
The ZenBook A16 will be available in multiple configurations, including a high-end model powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme chipset. Buyers can configure it with up to 48GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. Despite its powerful internals, the laptop weighs just 1.2kg and houses a 70Wh battery, a six-speaker setup, Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, and a wide selection of ports. All of this is enclosed in Asus’ durable Ceraluminum chassis, reinforcing the company’s focus on combining performance, portability, and build quality.
