Audible Launches Limited-Time 2-for-1 Audiobook Promotion
Audible has announced a limited-time 2-for-1 audiobook promotion, allowing Premium Plus subscribers to purchase two audiobooks using a single monthly credit. The offer is available through May 10, 2026, and targets readers looking to maximize the value of their accumulated Audible credits.
The promotion arrives as audiobook consumption continues to grow among users seeking more flexible ways to enjoy books while multitasking during activities such as commuting, exercising or household work.
Premium Plus Members Can Double Their Credits’ Value
Under Audible’s standard subscription model, Premium Plus members receive one credit each month, which is typically redeemable for a single audiobook. During the current promotion, however, eligible members can exchange one credit for two selected audiobook titles.
Audiobooks purchased through credits remain permanently attached to the user’s account, even if the subscription is later canceled. Audible also allows unused credits to roll over, giving long-term subscribers the opportunity to accumulate credits before larger promotional events.
The deal is particularly attractive for users who have built up multiple unused monthly credits and want to expand their libraries more efficiently.
Promotion Includes Multiple Popular Genres
Although the promotion does not apply to Audible’s entire catalog, it includes a wide selection of titles across several major genres. Eligible categories include mystery, thriller, romance, science fiction, fantasy and children’s content.
The company says the promotion will remain active until May 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.
New Users Still Eligible Through Free Trial
New customers can also access the promotion by signing up for Audible’s Premium Plus membership. In addition to monthly credits, the subscription includes unlimited streaming access to more than 150,000 audiobooks and podcasts.
Audible currently offers a 30-day free trial period for new members, which is longer than the trial windows commonly provided by competing audiobook services. Users who cancel before the trial period ends are not charged, while audiobooks redeemed with credits remain permanently available in their libraries.
