Adobe and Microsoft have joined forces to integrate Adobe Experience Cloud workflows and insights into Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, facilitating seamless collaboration among marketers in developing creative content, managing marketing campaigns, and more.

The integrated capabilities will bring relevant marketing insights and workflows from Adobe Experience Cloud applications and Microsoft Dynamics 365 directly into Microsoft Copilot. This integration empowers users to streamline tasks such as developing creative briefs, content creation, content approvals management, and delivering experiences.

By enabling marketers to work efficiently within familiar Microsoft applications like Outlook, Teams, and Word, these integrated capabilities foster improved collaboration between internal and external teams working on marketing projects and campaigns.

Amit Ahuja, Senior Vice President of Digital Experience Business at Adobe, emphasized the significance of streamlining daily tasks for marketers across Adobe and Microsoft applications. He stated, “The partnership between Adobe and Microsoft offers a unique solution for marketing teams, simplifying workflows across planning, collaboration, content creation, and campaign execution.”

The new capabilities enable marketers to gain insights into the status of marketing projects, campaign effectiveness, outstanding approvals, and audience definition. Additionally, marketers can leverage these insights to create briefs, presentations, reports, and imagery using Adobe Firefly generative AI and Adobe Experience Manager Sites.

Jared Spataro, Corporate Vice President of Artificial Intelligence at Work, Microsoft, highlighted the shared goal of empowering marketers to focus on impactful campaigns and customer experiences. He affirmed, “By integrating contextual marketing insights from Adobe Experience Cloud applications and Dynamics 365 within the flow of work through Copilot for Microsoft 365, we deliver on our shared goal while helping marketers streamline their efforts, break down barriers, and deliver exceptional results.”
