LG’s Gallery TV aims to turn your wall into an art museum

LG Electronics is preparing to unveil a new lifestyle-focused television lineup at CES 2026 with the debut of its LG Gallery TV series, a range designed to blur the line between display technology and wall-mounted art. The Gallery TV is built around LG’s Gallery+ art service, which offers access to more than 4,500 curated artworks, with a limited version included out of the box and a full catalog available via subscription. To better replicate the look of physical artwork, the TV includes a dedicated Gallery Mode that dynamically adjusts color accuracy and brightness levels to enhance texture and visual depth, alongside an advanced glare- and reflection-reduction coating intended to preserve image clarity in brightly lit rooms.

Designed to resemble a framed canvas rather than a conventional television, the Gallery TV features a slim, flush-mount profile and is available in 55-inch and 65-inch sizes. LG is also offering customizable magnetic frames to further reinforce the illusion of static wall art when the display is not in traditional TV mode. Internally, the Gallery TV includes onboard storage for saved content, including user photos and generative AI-created images, and is powered by LG’s Alpha 7 AI Processor. Audio is handled by AI Sound Pro, delivering a virtual 9.1.2-channel experience, while users can enhance the atmosphere by pairing visuals with built-in backing tracks or streaming their own music via Bluetooth, complemented by optional mood lighting.
